ABOUT REVEL ROOFING
Built around
two commitments.

Revel exists to install fewer roofs each year, and to install each one to the standard the manufacturer specifies — not the standard the bid sheet allows.

WHAT REVEL STANDS FOR
Two principles,
applied to every roof
we build.
Two principles,
applied to every roof
we build.
Most residential roofing in Arizona is built around volume. The economics of the trade reward speed: more crews on more roofs, more bids accepted, more invoices issued each month. The trade-off is in places homeowners can't see — underlayment substitutions, fastener pattern shortcuts, flashing details done in five minutes instead of thirty.

Revel is built differently. We take on fewer projects than we could. We install each one the way the manufacturer specifies the system to be installed. The two commitments compound — selectivity makes proper installation possible, and proper installation is what makes selectivity worth choosing.

PRINCIPLE 01
Fewer jobs,
done properly.
Fewer jobs,
done properly.
The roofing companies most homeowners encounter are structured for volume. Sales teams setting appointments, project managers running multiple jobs simultaneously, crews moving from one address to the next without an owner present. The model works at scale, but it's not built for the kind of detail that separates a roof that lasts thirty years from one that lasts twelve.

Revel is structured the opposite way. We take a limited number of projects each year. The owner is on every job — not as a marketing line, but as a structural choice that defines the work. Fewer projects means each one gets the attention required to do it right.

The trade-off is honest: we are not the right contractor for a homeowner whose primary goal is the lowest bid. We are the right contractor for a homeowner who plans to stay in their home for the next ten or twenty years and wants the roof above it to be installed once, correctly.

PRINCIPLE 02
The system,
installed the
way the system
was designed.

Most roof failures in Arizona are not material failures. They are installation failures — corners cut on the parts homeowners cannot see, traded for a lower bid that wins the job. The underlayment that's substituted for a cheaper one. The flashing detail done in two minutes when it needed twenty. The fastener pattern that doesn't match the manufacturer's specification.

Revel's standard is to install the system the way the manufacturer designed it to be installed. Every time. If the specification calls for it, it's in the scope. We don't quote one underlayment and install another. We don't bid one fastener pattern and apply a different one on the roof.

The manufacturers we partner with reflect that standard. Our tile installations use clay and concrete tile from Westlake, Eagle, and Boral — the established premium suppliers for the Arizona market. Our underlayment work is built on Polyglass tile underlayment systems and Westlake Tile Seal, both engineered for high-temperature performance under tile in desert climates. Our shingle work is installed under the Owens Corning Preferred Contractor program. Each partnership requires meeting installation standards on real jobs — they're not fee-paid credentials. They also unlock warranty coverage that standard contractors can't offer the homeowner.
