Silverleaf is an exclusive guard-gated community within DC Ranch, defined by custom estates of the highest quality construction in the region. Homes typically feature hand-fitted clay tile roofs over Polyglass underlayment systems, with architectural detailing that requires craftsmanship-grade installation. Revel has completed premium tile work in this community.
Ancala
Ancala is a custom-home community in north Scottsdale anchored by the Ancala Country Club, with homes built on golf-course and mountain-view lots. Roofing systems are typically clay or concrete tile, with elevated lot positions creating specific wind-load considerations during monsoon season. Revel has completed premium tile roof projects in Ancala, including replacements for homes in the community.
