Consultation
Every project begins with a direct conversation. Owner Brent Zeiss reviews the property, discusses goals and timeline, and answers questions about materials, warranties, and what a premium installation actually involves. No sales pressure. No upselling.

Measurement and Assessment
Precise aerial measurement combined with on-site inspection identifies the full scope of work. We document existing conditions, underlayment status, and architectural details that influence material selection. The assessment is shared with you in full.

Proposal and Material Selection
Proposals are delivered with line-item clarity. We specify the exact tile, underlayment, and accessory systems we will install — Westlake, Eagle, or Boral tile paired with Polyglass underlayments engineered for Arizona’s climate. You see what you are paying for, and why.

Installation
Brent is on every job site. Crews are direct, professional, and accountable for the standard of work — not the volume. Sites are kept clean throughout the project. Communication is constant, and decisions that affect the finished result are made with you, not around you.

Warranty and Aftercare
Installations are backed by manufacturer-grade warranties — Polyglass thirty-year material and labor coverage on qualifying defects, and Owens Corning ten-year workmanship coverage where applicable. We document the system, register the warranties, and remain accessible long after the final tile is set.
